Unzip and unrar release, install it. When asked use our keymaker to generate your registration data.   

 Note : reminder : java -jar keymaker.jar           

If you can't click on the register button of this PAKI CRAP, rename license file to AdventnetLicense.xml and
place the file in installdir\temp_license or \classes   U?  UUUUUß
and restart the service
